I want to share one more scene from Kids on the Slope, this time the last one from the series. This one hits me extra hard each time I see it.

It's been quite a few years since they have seen each other. But look how they are still connected! Sentarō recognizes Kaoru's style the minute he hears it. 

Kids on the Slope is one of my all-time favorite series, so I am biased. But this is one of the very few perfect scenes of any series.
